The Wheel believes that "citizenship is not just about a passport or voting: it's about what we expect and what is expected of us, our rights and responsibilities to each other. In this perspective The Wheel has appealed Africa Centre to apply to the initiative and bring together its own People's Conversation Group. We are much delighted about this project and are convinced the African Diaspora definitely has to participate in these Conversations as members of the Irish society.
