Submission by Africa Centre to the National Action Plan agianst Racism
The Africa Centre organised a consultation forum in August 2002. The purpose of this consultation was to examine and submit its analysis on racism. It was a response to the request by the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform seeking a public view in its planning of a National Action Plan against racism.
